Q) What is your nearest mainline and underground station?

Q) Do you have on-site parking?
A) There are 2 NCP car parks within easy walking distance of the Lloyd's building. Map

Q) Do you allow outside caterers?
A) We have been exclusively nominated by Lloyd's of London to provide the catering on-site. Mission Statement

Q) What is your maximum capacity for an event?
A) The Banqueting Suite can accommodate up to 330 people for dinner or 700 for a cocktail party. Rooms

Q) Is a deposit required?
A) 25% of estimated hire fee is required upon signing of the agreement

Q) What is the cancellation policy?
A) i) less than one month before the Hire Period - 100% of the estimated Hire Fee
ii) between one month and eight weeks before the Hire Period - 60% of estimated Hire Fee.
iii) Between eight weeks and twelve weeks before the Hire Period - 40% of the estimated Hire Fee.
iv) Over 12 weeks before the Hire Period - there will be no charge.

Q) Do I need to provide a guest list?
A) The hirer will need to provide a full list of names of attendees in alphabetical order not less than 2 working days before the Hire Period
