Adrian Pennelli, General Manager
Adrian has 20 years experience in Hospitality initially in various 5 star City and Country House Hotels as Restaurant and Banqueting Manager then in running stand alone restaurants such as dell'Ugos and the Oxo Tower, together with Area Roles in both Style Bars and most recently with Smollensky's . He has been with Lloyd's since 2006 and is now responsible for the Lloyd's catering contract. |

Hayden Groves, Executive Chef
Hayden joined Avenance at Lloyd's in August 2004 bringing 14 years of experience, and a wealth of diversity - a Teacher, Fireman and even a "Naked Chef" in aid of Macmillan Cancer Research. A passion for good food and an Olympia medallist are just a small part of his professional make up coupled with his enthusiastic nature and a desire to excel! Hayden won Elior UK group Chef of the year in 2005.

Erin Vanner, Banqueting & Events Manager
After successfully completing a Catering Diploma at North West Kent College, Erin joined Lloyd's and over the past 8 years has managed many aspects of the catering operations here. She is now working specifically within our diverse banqueting and events division.

Kay Smith, Hospitality Sales Manager
Kay has worked at Lloyd's for 21 years and done everything from administration assistant, secretary to accounts clerk. She is now the Hospitality Sales Manager for Avenance at Lloyd's catering department.
